BDO-EPCIB
I went to BDO-EPCIB to inquire about the money that was sent to me last month but not yet credited to my account. I showed to her the receipt and she tried to trace the transaction on the computer after not finding anything she talked to the manager. Then the manager gave her a hot-line number to call, unfortunately she can't contact the number and she gave me the number and ask me to call the hot-line. My problem is we don't have a PLDT phone and there is no other way to call the number. Anyway I will still try to call that number because i don't have choice and let's see what will happen.
